Here we are, few days to the opening of the Saveriadi. Some little remarkable updates.
1. People of BEACH VOLLEY please bring BLANKETS with you.
2. People of BASKET (males and females) and SOCCER please bring your SWIMMING VEST. we've been told that in San Pellegrino there is a swimming pool available.
3. Saturday 1 July, program: during the day, arrivals and check in (you'll be requested your date and place of birth, and a deposit, to be refunded, of 10 euro per person, in case of material damage to the lodge's facilities). then dinner, and after dinner welcome-presentation evening. Remind to prepare a funny short presentation of your school, and to bring a flag or a stendard, and also some typical products.... Creative gifts are accepted. Musical instruments brought about are welcome.
4. Sunday 2 July, program: Opening Mass in St. Ignatius Church (centre), at 10AM. Then we'll go on foot to St. Saba Parish for lunch. After, we'll walk to the Campidoglio for reception by the Mayor. Then we'll go to Piazza San Giovanni for a concert (Cornetto Free Music Festival http://www.cornettoalgida.com , where there will be a performance of Subsonica, important young italian rock band, and Black Eyed Peas). then the group will be picked up by the busses, and go back to Frascati. Only people who go to PALERMO will have a different program: after Piazza Campidoglio, busses will recollect them and bring them to Frascati: there they will have dinner, pack their stuff, and immediately after they will move for Palermo, where they're expected to arrive at noon the day after.
4. Please note that in Italy in these days it is VERY warm. Temperature might reach 40 degrees.
5. Here attached you will find a draft of some tournaments' draft programs... please note that they are available to changes, and they will be on the website www.ignatiusxavier.org The other programs of tournaments will be given directly in Italy.
6. RUGBY. Due to extraordinary factors, we might have a slight change on the timeline: the finals on the 6th, the trip to Venice on the 7th. We'll confirm this in the next day, but it is important for the australian group's free evening (please keep in touch).
