Dear friends, two months to go before the beginning of the Saveriadi Torunament! We now have the almost complete number of participants (Sant Ignasi, Barcellona, is missing) but still we need some schools to provide their nominative lists, and specifically:

Some important news:
We need to know at what time of the 1st July your flights are expected to arrive at Rome (please give us all details of the flight: Airline Company, flight number, Airport of arrival – please note that in Rome there are two airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino).
We suppose that all the teams are departing from Rome on the 9th of July, except Poland, whose responsibles communicated they will leave on the 10th. If this information is not correct, please report immediatly to (we must reserve places in the lodges )
On the nights of July 1 and 2, all the participants of the Saveriadi will lodge in one single guest-house: the Centro Giovanni XXIII, in Frascati (Rome). The Director of the house asks everyone to leave a little deposit (10 Euro per person) as a caution in case of damage; this sum will be given back when leaving on 3 July morning. We ask the coaches or adults responsible to previously collect that sum to be given to the receptionist during the check in at the reception desk in Frascati.
Opening Evening: on July 1 after dinner there will be, in Centro Giovanni XIII’s lounge, a little social evening, so that every school can introduce itself to the others. We ask every school representative to prepare a little sketch, or song, or anything funny to present their school or team (max 5 minutes long); we also ask people to bring a typical local food or drink, as a symbol of the school, and a flag or stendard of the school/nation.
Useful information: here follows the general schedule and a set of useful telephone numbers; we believe it will be extremely useful to be communicated to parents who remain at home. When you arrive in Italy, the same little guide will be given to everyone of the participants. Please remember that on our website www.ignatiusxavier.org there is a section, “Saveraidi news”, always updated with these useful communication. Later you will also find the complete list of participants and more info.

4-7 luglio. Tornei, nei campi e nelle strutture a disposizione nei vari luoghi di svolgimento dei tornei. In ogni città ci sarà una équipe che si occuperà di accompagnare gli atleti e di fornire supporto logistico nonché animazione nel tempo libero.
July 4th-7th. Sports Tournament, in the sports fields and facilities of the different towns. In every site there will be a helping team to accompany athletes and support them in any need, as well as for free-time animation
