SAVERIADI FORUM 5
* In Rome we’re in course of agreement with the Mayor on a meeting with all the athletes in the afternoon of Sunday July 2.
Fr Francesco Botta SI, President of the Istituto Massimo, welcomes all the students for the prizing ceremony (dress ceremony) that will be held Sunday 9 July in the morning at the Auditorium del Massimo (http://www.auditorium.it/ENG_main.htm), followed by a farewell Mass, and lunch in the courtyard of the Massimo.
* Some schools are preparing some shirts or jumpers that may well represent them in the tournament, and asked the possibility of using also the Saveriadi logo. It is at disposition of everyone who needs it, and it is downloadable by clicking on the following link:
There you will find a folder named “Saveriadi”, and inside three versions of the logo (tif, pdf and psd); there is also a pdf draft of the poster we are preparing. If you want you can download it for documents or publications.
We recommend to bring also flags and symbols of your school/country
* In San Pellegrino Terme people are organizing a ball at the Casinò (see http://www.provinciabergamasca.com/vallebrembana/sanpellegrinoterme/liberty.html ) , so athletes are e invited to bring a party-dress.
* Some of you asked if parents or friends could join, at their own expenses. If they want, they are free to do it. We have asked a Travel Agent, Hisatour fo Rome, to care of lodge and transfer, and we received an offer (you’ll be sent it in a separate email). If you are interested, you can contact them directly via email or phone.
* Lists of participants: we have ALMOST all numbers of participants. Yet someone is missing: please check and report as soon as possible to Prof. Pistorello
Still we are waiting for most nominative lists. At this regard, it will be necessary to send the complete and exact list of participants, and at the same time to pay the admission fees (250 euro per student - except Poland and Albania) on or before 10 June 2006. The persons responsible of every school/province are requested to send the sum concerning your school or your Province to this bank account (please specify “Saveriadi” when you do the bank payment, and do report, when you’re about to pay, to
